5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)
  • Share images or videos of the issue, if requested
  • Follow troubleshooting steps provided by our support team

6. Resolution

Upon verification of the claim, Desire Electronics may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
  • Provide an alternative solution where repair or replacement is not feasible

7. Limitation of Liability

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only. Desire Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
