9.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• Product is defective
• Product is damaged during transit
• Wrong product has been delivered

9.2 Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, invoice, and tags must be intact
• An unboxing video is mandatory for claim validation

9.3 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer
• Missing components or packaging
• Tampered serial number or seal

9.4 Refund & Replacement

• Replacement will be provided where available
• Refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

9.5 Return Shipping

Return shipping will be borne by Desire Electronics only if the issue is verified to be from our side. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
