1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order shall be considered accepted only when the product has been dispatched from our warehouse and a shipment confirmation has been issued.

Desire Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Pricing, listing, or technical errors
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Any other operational or security-related concerns

In the event that an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

• Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
• Desire Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to operational, logistical, compliance, or security reasons.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, subject to banking timelines.
